These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Daraman and its property marketplace.

Daraman (دار أمان) is an online real estate marketplace intended to help people discover, advertise and enquire about properties in Morocco, including properties offered for sale or rent and listings published by private individuals, agents and developers.
Daraman provides platform tools for listing publication, search, communication, moderation and certain identity or property-document review processes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Daraman does not act as a party to a sale, lease, reservation or other agreement between users.
By accessing or using Daraman, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on the website. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Additional terms may apply to particular features or services. If a specific feature has additional terms, those terms should be read together with this document.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating or maintaining an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must not impersonate another person, create misleading account details, bypass security controls or use an account you are not authorised to access. Daraman may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary for safety, platform integrity or compliance.
You should promptly update inaccurate account information and notify Daraman through its official contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.
Users who submit listings are responsible for ensuring that the information, photographs, prices, locations, descriptions and other materials they provide are accurate, current, lawful and authorised for publication.
Daraman may set minimum listing requirements and may restrict publication where required information is missing or a listing raises safety, authenticity or policy concerns. Publication does not mean that every statement in a listing has been independently verified.
Daraman may display separate account-level identity or professional verification indicators and property-document review statuses. These indicators describe the checks Daraman has carried out under its own procedures; they are not interchangeable.
No badge is a notarial certification, official government registry check, legal opinion or guarantee of ownership, authenticity, title status, boundaries, permitted use or absence of disputes. Users must independently verify relevant documents and obtain advice from qualified Moroccan professionals or competent authorities before proceeding.
You agree not to use Daraman to commit fraud, harass or threaten others, distribute unlawful content, misrepresent a property, collect personal information without authority, send spam, interfere with the platform or attempt to access restricted systems or documents.
You must not introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest platform data in breach of applicable law or site restrictions, manipulate ratings or verification indicators, or use the service in a way that could compromise security, availability or other users' rights.
Daraman may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including removing content, limiting features, suspending accounts or referring matters to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Daraman may provide tools for enquiries, messages, viewing requests, WhatsApp contact or other communication between users. Users are responsible for assessing the people they contact and for protecting their personal information.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, Daraman is not a party to negotiations, viewings, deposits, payments, leases, sales, title transfers or other agreements between users. Daraman does not guarantee that a property is available, that a user will respond, or that a transaction will be completed.
Before paying money, signing a document or committing to a transaction, independently confirm the identity and authority of the relevant parties, inspect the property and documents, and seek appropriate professional advice. Do not rely solely on a listing, message, badge or image.
The Daraman name, branding, website design, software and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for materials owned by third parties or users. You may use the platform for its intended purpose but may not copy, commercially exploit, modify or redistribute protected materials without permission, unless the law permits it.
You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the necessary rights to provide it. By submitting content, you grant Daraman permission to host, reproduce, display and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and secure the relevant platform features, subject to applicable law and the site's privacy practices.
Daraman aims to provide a useful and reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that all listing information will always be complete, current or accurate. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daraman is not responsible for losses arising from user-provided listing content, user conduct, off-platform communications, transactions between users, inaccurate or outdated information, unauthorised use of accounts, or third-party websites and services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, or removes any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
You may stop using Daraman at any time and may request account or data deletion through the available account features or the official contact page, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations.
Daraman may restrict, suspend or terminate access, or remove content, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with legal obligations or maintain platform security. Where appropriate and practicable, Daraman may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Daraman's handling of personal information is described in its Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy. These policies should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.
Users must not disclose identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal information in public listing fields or messages unless a feature specifically requires it and the disclosure is appropriate.
Daraman may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to the platform, operational practices or applicable requirements. The updated date at the top of this page should be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. Any mandatory rights or legal protections that apply to a user remain unaffected. Daraman's final governing-law and dispute-resolution wording should be reviewed by a qualified Moroccan lawyer before publication.
