Listing a Property

4 questions

Create an account and follow the property-submission process available on Daraman. Provide the required property details, price, location, surface area where applicable and photos. Listings must meet completeness requirements and pass moderation before publication.

Yes. Daraman is designed to support private sellers and landlords, real estate agents and property developers. Professional profiles can present company information and active listings or development projects.

Listings are subject to review before first publication. Authorized staff can approve a listing, reject it, request corrections, pause it or hide it.

Moderation and verification help users understand what Daraman has reviewed. A complete listing can be published without Silver or Gold property-document verification, but its status must be clearly communicated.

Verification

4 questions

Basic / Unverified means the property is complete and approved for publication, but its ownership documents have not completed Daraman’s Silver or Gold review. It does not necessarily mean the seller’s identity is unverified.

Identity Verified means Daraman has reviewed the identity of the seller or provider. It is an account/profile status, not a property-ownership badge. A verified person’s properties do not automatically receive Silver or Gold status.

Daraman Silver means a Melkia ownership document has been submitted and reviewed under Daraman’s internal procedure. Daraman Gold means registered-title documentation, such as a Titre Foncier or relevant Mohafada documentation, has been submitted and reviewed. Neither status is a legal guarantee of ownership.

Identity verification and property-document verification are separate processes. Authorized Daraman staff review identity submissions for Identity Verified status and property documents for Silver or Gold. Buyers should still complete appropriate independent legal due diligence.

Wanted Listings

3 questions

A Wanted Listing lets a registered property seeker describe a property they want to buy or rent. It can include criteria such as location, budget, property type and surface area.

If Wanted Listings are enabled on the current site, sign in and use the property-request process. Describe your requirements and choose which contact methods, if any, you want to share.

Daraman’s specification allows eligible owners and professionals to discover matching requests and respond through the permitted contact workflow. Actual availability depends on the current implementation.

Account & Safety

4 questions

Public property browsing is intended to be available without registration. Managing listings, favourites, messages or Wanted Listings may require an account.

Use the reporting option if available on the listing, or contact Daraman through its official contact page. Include the listing link and explain the issue.

Daraman is required to protect personal information and keep identity and ownership documents private. Sensitive documents must not be exposed through public URLs, and private contact details should only be shared according to user settings and consent.

Report suspicious or misleading listings through the available reporting process or contact Daraman. Do not send money or sensitive documents until you have independently checked the property and the people involved.
